Ajman Free Zone targets Indian e-commerce
An official said for all those setting up procedures in the Ajman Free Zone there is absolutely no legal compulsion to possess a majority local partner.
Chennai: With completely ownership, zero corporaté and personal taxes, licenses in two hours and additional facilities, Ajman Free Area in thé UAE are targéting Indian e-commérce players and little and moderate enterprises to create operations, the official said. “We are considering Indian e-commérce, trading and professionaI solutions companies to create functions in the Ajman Free Zone,” Rishi Somaiya, Director of Product sales, informed reporters here on Mon.
He said for all those setting up procedures in the Ajman Free Zone there is absolutely no legal compulsion to get a majority community partner. Indian investors can own completely of their businesses and need not pay out any corporate or personal tax. Somaiya said 100 % repatriation of capital and earnings are allowed.
According to him, intended for trading and professional providers players, different types of office spaces can be found. For those attempting to setup manufacturing units, property on a 20-12 months agreement, renewable by another twenty years, will be produced available.
“With a big Indian diaspora surviving in the UAE ánd across other GuIf Cooperation Council countriés, India and its own business community are of strategic importance to us,” said Mahmood Al Hashemi, General Manager.
Officials said the Ajman Free Zone also offers wise warehouses of sizes only 100 square meters.
