It is good for single entry only. Transit visa is usually issued within 3 working days. On departure the transit visa is cancelled automatically. Maximum stay is for 14 days with strictly no extension to the stay period. If you stay in the UAE beyond this period you will have to pay a penalty of AED 100 per day till you exit the country.
