RAK Investment Authority (RAKIA)’s mandate is to develop and manage the industrial parks which includes the free zones and industrial zones in the Al Hamra and Al Ghail areas of Ras Al Khaimah. RAKIA has been instrumental and attracted over US$3.5 billion in industrial investments alone, powering an unprecedented economic surge that has made Ras Al Khaimah as one of the fastest growing emirates in the UAE and the region.

    • Power plant for the industrial park of 65 MW

    • Modular design. Client can take multiple slots and accordingly partition walls can be built
    • Offices can be built within the warehouse space by client themselves with design approved by RAKIA
    • Each slot will have 15 kw connections. For additional load needs special permission
    • Adequate space between warehouses for trailer trucks to maneuver
    • Adequate car parking space within the warehouse complex
