Enpark offers warehouses designed specifically for storage, showroom, distribution, logistics and light manufacturing for the renewable energy, green building, water and waste water, and recycling & solid waste companies.

Enpark’s warehouses are a complex of 25 warehouses; each warehouse is approximately 5,000 sq. ft. and encompasses a mezzanine floor, which serves as offices that can be organized with office partitions along with an independent pantry, visitors & owners parking.

The facades have been tastefully chosen according to the urban guidelines. Landscaping is provided in all buffer zones and along the loading and storage areas. A dedicated loading and unloading dock has been provided for heavy vehicles and forklifts with ample room provided for goods to be moved safely, securely and with ease.

The strategic location of the warehouses facilities all imports, exports and logistics operations through a well connected network of highways in close proximity to the Jebel Ali port. It is also less than 30 minutes away from both Dubai International Airport and the new Al Maktoum Airport, which has a handling capacity of about 120 million passengers annually along with 12 million tons of cargo.

Dubai Technology & Media Free Zone Authority (DTMFZA) approves the establishment and registration of companies in Enpark and regulates all related procedures and matters.  Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority offers a choice of commercial license options:

1. New Incorporation of a Free Zone Limited Liability Company (FZ-LLC) A FZ-LLC is formed, as a separate legal entity, with shareholders as individuals and/or entities. Each FZ-LLC is required to have at least one director.  There is a minimum paid up capital requirement of AED 300,000, with the exception of Associations (Non-Profit Organisations),  which have a minimum capital requirement of AED 50,000.
2. Branch of an Existing Foreign/UAE Company A branch of a foreign or a UAE company is not a legal entity separate from its parent but is considered a place of business that forms a legally dependent part of the parent company and conducts all or some of the operations inherent in the parent’s business. No share capital is required.

Commercial licenses and freelance permits issued by Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority  are subject to leasing a facility within the Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone and the license is valid only for operating a business inside the Free Zone territory.    Licenses and permits are for a period of one year and are renewable on an annual basis.

Commercial licenses and permits are issued to all businesses registered within Enpark, to allow specific approved business activities in compliance with the Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Licensing Regulations.
